As a mama of 2 who lives with Anxiety, Depression, and ADHD - I know all to well how important it is to have something just for me that allows me to express myself in an artistic way.

As a former educator, I LOVE teaching crafts in away that is accessible to all types of learners with all types of budgets and it’s so important to me that we all have artistic hobbies that IMPROVE our MENTAL HEALTH.
